Benefit for Hit and Run Victim
Jessica Osborne was struck by a hit and run driver on Rosa Parks Way where her injuries were so severe she nearly died. Jessica is recovering but now facing over 100,000 in medical fees. A benefit event is being helf for her on May 15th at Liberty Hall, 311 N. Ivy in Portland. The cost is $5 and there will music and fanfare.
