Additional Information: The non-refundable on-line registration fee is $20 per adult rider and $10 for 13 and younger youth riders. (Youth riders must be accompanied by a registered adult.) On-line registration closes at 11:59PM, June 6, 2009. Day-of-ride registration will be available at Lebanon High School for $25 per rider. Registration for the 13 mile family ride will be at Lebanon High School on the day of the ride. The fee for the family ride is $10 per person with a maximum fee of $20 per family. A short sleeve or long-sleeve T-shirt, silk-screened in three colors with this year's logo, is available for $12 and $15 respectively when ordered by May 20, 2009, either with on-line registration or the the PDF Mail-In Registration Form. (The mail-in form allows ordering more than 1 T-shirt). A limited number of T-shirts will be available on the day of the ride for $15 (short sleeve) or $18 (long sleeve). Check-in for pre-registrants and day-of-ride registration will be open from 7:00AM to 10:00AM at Lebanon High School on June 13, 2009. On-line registrants will be required to sign a ride-specific release-and-waiver form at check-in. The release form for riders under 18 years of age must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Riders 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by a registered adult. The course opens at 7:00AM on June 13, 2009. 100 mile riders are encouraged to start before 9:00AM. Family riders may start self-guided before 10:00AM, but guided rides will start every half-hour from 8:30AM to 10:00AM. The course closes at 5:00PM. Riders still out will be given an opportunity to ride the SAG back. If they decline, they will be on their own. Cyclists must wear safety rated helmets. Cyclists must observe all applicable laws and must ride in a safe and courteous manner. Please give voice signals when passing on the left and be considerate of slower riders. |
