Event Description:
Now in it's 4th year, this popular, all-day cyclocross event - staged in the beautiful countryside of Sauvie Island (only 20 minutes from downtown Portland!) - will be NOTHING like your usual cross race!
Besides the challenges thrown at us by the November weather gods, you can expect a wild course that will lead you along rutted farm roads, through berry fields, pastures, a barn, a bonfire and a beer garden!
Kids race for free and - NEW this year - we will host the first edition of the "Doggie Dog Cyclocross World Championships" or DDCXWC09, a free race for canines and their owners (sans bikes).
